Your professional tour guide will pick you up early morning from your hotel in Kampala. Begin the 8-hour drive to Bwindi, home to nearly half of the world’s Mountain Gorillas.

After an early breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing on Gorilla trekking. Groups of 8 are formed, each accompanied by rangers into the jungle to track a gorilla family. The trek can take 1–8 hours depending on their location.
